Na elke wandeling krijgen we een terugkoppeling en een leuke foto van onze hond Shadow, waarop altijd te zien is hoe blij hij met haar is!\n\nMarianne denkt echt met ons mee en zorgt ervoor dat Shadow de aandacht en beweging krijgt die hij nodig heeft. Maar met Marianne gaat het super goed. Wij hebben in principe een vaste dag per week maar waarderen de flexibiliteit enorm mocht het een keer anders zijn. Het contact met Marianne verloopt flot en soepel. Marianne is zeer flexibel, denkt met je mee. Soms heb ik de service nodig op zeer korte termijn ivm invaldiensten, voor Marianne geen probleem. Op dezelfde dag krijg ik altijd leuke foto's (want ik heb 2 honden en ook dat is geen probleem) met een leuk verhaaltje erbij. Ik ben zo ontzettend blij dat ik hondenuitlaatservice Jip (en daarbij Marianne) heb gevonden voor mijn 2 lieve schatten Noor &amp; Riva. Het kennismakingsgesprek dat we destijds hadden was erg prettig. Ze neemt daarin de tijd om te begrijpen waar de behoeftes liggen en legt dat netjes vast in een document. Altijd flexibel en ook leuk hoe de verdere communicatie en service wordt aanpakt: op z\u2019n tijd een nieuwsbrief, een kerstkaartje of wat lekkers voor Ziva. Het hoogtepunt van mijn dag is altijd de leuke foto die we ontvangen als Ziva met Marianne op pad is geweest.
